How far is the venue from airports?

For international travelers, our lovely venue is 2 hrs 16 minutes or 4 hours 20 minutes by train from Heathrow Airport in London (LHR).

For continental travelers, The Assembly Rooms at Glastonbury are approximately 33 minutes drive or 3 hours 16 minutes by bus from Bristol Airport (BRS).

What are the options for hotel and price ranges?

The Crown Glastonbury, the George & Pilgrim and the Travelodge are all in walking distance.

The Lion at West Pennard is good if you have a car. It also has a good restaurant. 

The Covenstead is luxurious and near the Assembly Rooms too.

Middlewick is nice, but again, you would need a car to get into town. Unless you like a good walk 🙂

How far are the hotels from the venue?

There are many hotels in walking distance in Glastonbury, as well as many others a short drive away.

The Crown Glastonbury, the George & Pilgrim and the Travelodge are all in walking distance.

What are local transportation options?

What time does the event start and end each day?

Friday: 4:00 PM – 9 PM

Saturday: 10 AM – 8:00 PM

Sunday: 10 AM – 7:00 PM

Are there breaks during the day?

Yes, there will be a couple of breaks between speakers each day which will give you time to stretch, chat and visit the vendors.

What do the various ticket prices include>

Tickets now on sale give you access to all three days of the event and the vendor lounge. 

Day tickets for Friday, Saturday or Sunday only will be available starting in January. 

The ticket page will reflect the current pricing: Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Standard ticket prices

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, please email info@portaltoascension.org if you wish to transfer your ticket to another individual.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are available until June 1st, 2023. After that, you may transfer your ticket, but no refunds are available.

Are there any early bird specials?

Super Early Bird tickets are available until end-of-day March 1, 2023 for £99.

Then, Early Bird tickets will be available up to end of day June 1, 2023 for £111.

After that, Standard Ticket Price kicks in at £122.

What food options will be available at the conference?

There are local restaurants  within a 1 to 5 minute walking distance from the venue. The closest restaurants feature Thai, Indian, Italian and local cuisine.

If you drive away from the venue, there are many more delicious local options.

Many dietary options are available in surrounding restaurants.

Will filtered water be provided?

Yes, we will provide healthy filtered water during the event.

Are there any special events, before parties or after parties?

We do not have any special events planned before, during or after the conference at this time.

How can I apply to be a vendor?

Please fill out this form to apply to be a vendor. We only have 7 spots available so we do recommend jumping on this opportunity if you seriously wish to vend at the event.

How many vendor spots are available?

7 are left out of 10 vendor spots available in total as of Oct. 21, 2022.

What does it cost to vend?

£122 is the cost for vendor booths, and this includes 2 conference passes.

What kinds of things can I vend?

We have limited spots for different types of offerings, and will only select one or two vendors per category based on the demand we anticipate for those types of products. Including but not limited to:

  • Health Products and Devices
  • Crystals, Jewelry
  • Cool Sacred Tools & Decorative Items
  • PTA Aligned Clothing
  • Spiritually Focused Art
  • Booths Promoting High Vibe Coaching, Online Courses, and Other Services
